This is a home studio, not a walk-in salon. Your time is set aside for one-to-one care with Vanessa, whether you are visiting for brows, lashes or a moment of relaxation.

Every appointment is reserved just for you. There are no walk-ins, so please book ahead before coming to the studio.
Your arrival details
Your full studio address, parking information and arrival instructions are sent once your booking is confirmed. Check these before setting off, and message Vanessa if anything is unclear.
Please arrive on time
Appointments may run back-to-back. Arriving at your booked time helps give each guest their own space. If you arrive early, please text Vanessa first before approaching the studio.
Running a little late?
Please text Vanessa as soon as you can. A late arrival may mean a shorter treatment so the next guest’s appointment can start on time.
A deposit secures your visit
A deposit is required to secure your booking and is deducted from your total. Review the amount and booking terms shown when confirming your appointment.
Paying on the day
Cash and EFT are available, with the remaining balance due on the day. If you have a question about payment, ask Vanessa before your appointment.
Comfort in every season
The studio has heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Let Vanessa know if you feel too warm or cool, or would like an adjustment during your visit.
